✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following criteria:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging (tags attached)
- Not a final sale or clearance item
If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, it may not be accepted.
🔄 How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return or exchange
- Reason for return or exchange
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return address and instructions.
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange item.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
