✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging (tags attached)
  • Not a final sale or clearance item

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, it may not be accepted.

🔄 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you want to return or exchange
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return address and instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange item.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
